If I knew then what I know now…
I would STILL have been taking my USANA Healthpak (plus)!
I did my first Spartan Race in 2012, after having been using USANA supplements since 2005.
I seriously can’t imagine life without them.
When I first started “using”, I didn’t have any dire needs (Oh besides some joint pain in my hands due to massage. Oh & cystic acne. Oh & muscle soreness from working out ALL the time – including leading 4 kettlebell classes a week that I was also essentially simultaneously taking…).
