Hope everyone has been having an enjoyable Holiday Season!
With the New Year around the corner and many individuals wishing to wipe the slate clean of sugar, extra carbs, and extra WEIGHT…
I figured this might be the perfect time to break down not just what makes up Fat Burning, but what actually HAPPENS in Fat Burning PRO.
STEP 1.
Transitioning the Body from Burning Sugar to Burning Fat
This is kind of everything.

We use Bulletproof Coffee as a pleasurable assist in this step to stay in a fasted state, and then we simply eat when we’re next hungry – which usually is sometime in the afternoon.
Intermittent Fasting (when the body is READY) makes weight loss happen easily, quickly, and comfortably.
We do this BECAUSE we’re not hungry – not in spite of it.
It is also an amazing asset to saving time and money going forward.
STEP 3.
Use Products and Structure Meals to Comfortably Under Eat Making Weight Loss Easy
We use a few products from USANA (and Bulletproof) that GREATLY help in both shifting our physiology into one of a Fat Burner as well as deepening the mode.
Fat Burning = Less Hunger = Feel More Full on Less Food.
Using our fat burning supportive meal replacement shake at the beginning of this journey is VERY helpful, plus taking particular supplements to help with DETOXIFICATION is HUGE.

STEP 4.

STEP 5.
